1. What we collect
Your account details (name, email), the searches and audits you run, and basic usage data needed to operate and bill the service.
2. What we don't do
We never sell your personal data. We never use your lead lists for anyone else's marketing.
3. Lead data
Business information shown in the product comes from public sources. If you are a business owner and want your public listing details corrected or removed from our index, contact us and we will act promptly.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited and logged.
5. Data retention
Account data, searches, leads, and reports are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and lead lists are deleted within 30 days; anonymised usage statistics may be kept longer. Backups containing deleted data are overwritten within 90 days. Public business data shown in the product is refreshed or removed when the source changes or the business asks us to remove it.
6. Cookies
LeadsCrawler uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell cookie data. The site is hosted on Netlify, which may set its own strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing.
