The short version: use LeadsCrawler fairly, respect the people you contact, and keep your account secure.

1. The service
LeadsCrawler provides lead discovery, website audits, pitch drafts, reports, and pipeline tools. Features vary by plan; the free plan is free forever within its limits.
2. Fair use
Do not abuse the platform: no scraping LeadsCrawler itself, no reselling raw data as a standalone list, and no attempts to circumvent plan limits.
3. Your outreach is your responsibility
Business data shown comes from public sources. When you contact a lead, you must follow applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws, respect opt-outs, and keep messages honest and relevant.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. Paid plans can be cancelled anytime; you keep access until the end of the billing period.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data, searches, leads, and reports while your account is active so the service works. If you delete your account, your personal data and lead lists are deleted within 30 days; anonymised usage statistics may be kept longer. Backups containing deleted data are overwritten within 90 days.
6. Cookies
LeadsCrawler uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. The site is hosted on Netlify, which may set its own strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing.
